Internal pages and customer-safe pages
Every page is internal until somebody marks it customer-safe. Silence keeps it in.
An internal page is not merely hidden from an outsider — it is never even looked at when an outsider’s question is answered.
That means margins, supplier terms and what you say about a customer cannot leak into an answer by accident.
Marking a page customer-safe is a deliberate act, one page at a time. There is no switch that opens the whole manual.
