Answering a question
Answer in your own words. Do not write it as a policy — write it the way you would say it to the person standing there.
Answer the question in front of you. If the same question turns up again, that is the signal to write the page, and the app will offer it.
The person who asked sees your answer in the same conversation they asked in.
Until the answer is written down as a page, the same question can come back. Answering is not the same as teaching.
