About Bisbe itself

This is what will be added. Change anything you like — what is on this form is what gets saved.

You said to take it — but dates and owners are set by whoever runs this firm, so it is not on this form. The rest of the form is below.

not in this demo

This is the sentence people will read on the board.

How urgent is it?

Priority is not switched on for this database yet — there is no column that could remember it, so the choice is shown but cannot be set. Nothing else on the form is affected. Everything else you fill in here is kept.

What kind of job is it? not in this demo

Optional — you can just write the sentence.

Internal by default. A customer only ever sees this if you say so below.

Where it came from

Typed in here

Filled in for you. Jobs can also arrive from Ask, from Support, from a room or from a customer’s record — those say so instead.

2 more nobody has filled in — Needs attention · The customer can see this · 4 not on this form: Customer · Expected by · Put it on me · Waiting on other jobs
Does it need attention?

There is one flag and no priority ladder. Leaving both untouched means nobody has looked at it yet, which is different from having decided it is fine.

Can the customer see this?
not in this demo

Off. Nothing on this job reaches a customer unless you turn this on and choose which parts.

Customer — not on this form: there are no customer records on this firm yet, so there is nobody to point it at.

Expected by · Put it on me — not on this form: dates and owners are set by whoever runs this firm.

Waiting on other jobs — not on this form: there is no other open job on this board to wait on.

Photos — you cannot attach one yet. Somewhere to keep files safely is its own piece of work; until it is built, describe it in the notes.

It goes in under your own name — nothing is posted as anybody else. Your role and the time are stamped when it is added.

About this board

Every row here came from something real happening: somebody asked a question nobody had written the answer to, or an answer is waiting to become a page. It is read straight from Atlantica’s own questions and the pages queued for its manual — there is no separate work list to keep up to date. This is a practice copy of a real business, so anything you change here is put back the next time it is set up.

Waiting
Nothing has moved on these yet. Each one is waiting on a person.
In progress
Somebody has picked these up. They are not finished.
Closed this week
Closed in the last seven days — finished or dropped — with the moment each one closed.

What this board does not have yet

  • Dragging a card between columnsThe first three columns are derived: a job is waiting or in progress because of what the records did — a person answered, or a page was released — so there is nothing for a drag to write to. What you CAN do by hand is close one: marking it done and dropping it are the two endings no record movement produces, and both are on the job's own screen with your name and the moment against them.
  • A customer watching an itemDeliberately not built yet. The design is settled — a customer would see the job on the board itself, only where you had chosen to show them, never a separate copy kept for them — and the part of the record it needs has been written but not switched on. Until it is, nothing here is visible to a customer.
  • Your tasks and tickets from RecordsRecords keeps its own tasks and tickets, against the customer they are about, and they are still there — this board does not reach across for them yet. Nothing is duplicated and nothing is lost: a job added here and a task added in Records are two different records, each in one place. They come together into one list when Records' work moves over, which is its own piece of work with its own switch-on.
  • Recurring jobs, visits, stock counts, training progressThese live in other workspaces’ stores. Reaching across for them would put one record in two places; they arrive when those workspaces are wired into the one app.

Demo changes reset when this workspace is set up again.
