Everything we have written down about using Bisbe, readable without an account. 50 pages, and the whole of it is on this site.

If it is not written down here
Email us at hello@bisbe.xyz — a person reads it and a person answers, usually the same day. No list, no sequence, no follow-up you did not ask for.
Asking in your own words — typing a question and getting an answer written back for you, the way the app does it inside a firm — is being built and is not switched on yet. The search above finds the written page; it does not write you an answer. Until it does, reading and email are the two ways in, and there is no third one hiding behind a login.
What this is
This is not a help site written beside the product. It is the product: these pages are Bisbe’s own manual, the same one the app answers questions out of, published here as ordinary web pages. When somebody inside Bisbe asks the app a question, the answer they get comes from the page you can read here — word for word, with the same version and the same confirmed date at the bottom of it.
That is the whole product, demonstrated on itself: a business writes down how it works once, and after that the writing does the answering.

What answering looks like inside a firm
The same loop runs inside Bisbe for the businesses that use it, and you can watch it without signing into anything: the read-only walkthrough is the running app with an invented company in it.
