Casa Marejada opened the overshirts and twelve of them have gone at the side seam. Same batch as Marisol's. What do I tell them?
Photographs of the seam, the batch ticket, and how many pieces — that is what a claim needs before anybody says the word refund. Get those first.
Photos are in. It is the same dye lot both accounts got.
Then it is a run, not two accidents. I am answering both of them myself — hold off on promising either of them a number until I do.
