Every door has a page in plain English saying what it holds, where that comes in, and what is not built.
What has been written for in full is your stock system: every question we would ask, where each answer lives, and what you would type in.
What is not built is the part that makes the calls — so nothing of yours can be connected today, and the pages say so rather than offering a button that does nothing.
Putting your own customer system in place of ours is written down in full and that seam is not built either.
