Two downloads, and neither contains the other
Your manual and your customer records are two separate bodies of data, and they come out as two separate downloads.
Neither one contains the other, and each says so in the file you receive.
They are kept apart on purpose: they have different rules about who may see them, and one file holding both would be one accident holding both.
Your team’s rooms are in neither. If rooms matter to you, keep that in mind before you call a download a backup.
