What deliberately never becomes a job

A question the manual already answered never becomes a job. Nobody had to do anything, so putting it on a board would be inventing work.

That is the point of the product: the answered ones are the ones you never see.

If your board is short, read it as the manual doing its job before you read it as something missing.

Anything that genuinely needs a person is on the board or in the Queue. There is no third place.
