The board
Three columns: waiting, in progress, done. Every open job your firm has, in one place.
A question nobody has answered is waiting. A question a person answered but the manual still does not cover is in progress, because it will come back.
Once it is written down, it is done. The third column is Done this week — a seven-day window, so a job you closed last month is not still sitting in it.
The board stores nothing of its own either. It is a view over jobs that already exist.
