Who can ask you, and who cannot yet
Anybody who holds a seat at your firm can ask, and whatever the manual does not cover reaches your Queue.
A person with no seat cannot open your firm at all. That is the wall, and it does not bend for a link.
Adding somebody, or taking somebody off, is not something you can do yourself yet. Ask us at the Support door and we will do either one for you.
Letting people from outside your firm ask you directly is not switched on yet. It is designed, and it is off.
Until it is on, answer those people the way you always have — then write the page, so the second person to ask gets it from the manual instead of from you.
When it does switch on you will read it here, on a page, rather than finding out by trying it.
