Answering what is waiting on you

Queue is one list for the whole app: everything holding for your say-so, and nothing else.

Questions nobody has answered land there. So do drafted changes to your manual.

Open a question and answer it in your own words — the way you would say it to somebody standing in front of you, not the way you would write a policy.

The person who asked sees your answer in the same conversation they asked in.

When an answer is worth keeping, Bisbe drafts it as a page and puts the draft back in your Queue with the conversation that taught it.

Read the draft, then press Release into the manual. Nothing enters your manual until you do — not from us, and not from a machine.

Releasing never widens who can read a page. Making a page customer-safe is its own separate decision, one page at a time.

This is the page itself, not a summary of it. It says what it says because somebody wrote it down and confirmed it on that date.

Not what you were after?

Every page we have written down is in one list. If your question is not in any of them, email us at hello@bisbe.xyz — a person reads it and a person answers.
