Someone can’t get in
First check the team screen: someone who has not been given a seat has nothing to sign into.
If their address was typed wrong, correcting it yourself is being built. Ask us and we will fix it for you.
A person who holds a seat but sees fewer doors than expected is seeing the doors your firm has taken, not a fault.
Nothing about access is ever guessed at on a screen — if the app could not read something, it says it could not read it rather than showing you an empty list.
