Your manual as your team’s training
Every lesson is a page of your own manual that has been released. There is no separate course to write and keep in step.
It teaches nothing your firm has not written down — which is what stops training drifting from how you actually work.
A page that has been drafted but not released is shown as not a lesson yet, rather than left out.
If a lesson is wrong, fix the page. The lesson follows.
