Writing up a stop
Logging a stop walks you through it: where you are, the context, what came of it, a summary, and your sign-off.
At the end it shows you what it drafted from your words — so vague notes make vague drafts.
Nothing is sent from a write-up. Anything it drafts waits in the Queue until you say yes.
What you write stays on the account, so the next person to open it is not starting cold.
