What goes in a visit note

v4 · confirmed 6 Aug 2026 · 5 lines · for Field reps, Order desk

internal only

The page, as it was written

  1. Account, who you saw, and what they actually said — in their words, not a summary.
  2. What they’re low on, even if they didn’t order it.
  3. Anything they complained about, however small.
  4. Write it the same day. A note written Friday about Tuesday is a guess.
  5. A visit note names the person you actually spoke to, not just the account.

Maria’s own words, in Maria’s own order. Training quotes the page; it never rewrites it.

The check is one worked example in this walk-through

Every lesson takes the page away and asks you to answer it from memory. These are flat pages with nothing to answer into, so one check is walkable here rather than one picture of a check on every page — take it on “Checking in at an account”.
