- Your order goes on a batch, and what we promise is that batch's window — never a single date.
- The window is the batch date plus ten working days to the island.
- If the batch moves you hear it from us the same day. You should never find that out from the tracking.
- Ask the order desk which batch you are on and they will tell you. Nobody here has to guess at it.
