What “conditional” means on a piece

v2 · confirmed 30 May 2026 · 4 lines · for Field reps, Order desk

internal only

The page, as it was written

  1. Available means you can sell it today.
  2. Restock means it’s coming and the batch date is the promise, not the piece.
  3. Conditional means it only runs if the season’s minimum is hit — so you may show it, you may not promise it.
  4. If you’ve shown a conditional piece, say the word “conditional” out loud in the room.

Maria’s own words, in Maria’s own order. Training quotes the page; it never rewrites it.

The check is one worked example in this walk-through

Every lesson takes the page away and asks you to answer it from memory. These are flat pages with nothing to answer into, so one check is walkable here rather than one picture of a check on every page — take it on “Checking in at an account”.
