- Cold wash, inside out, on its own the first time. Nothing we make goes in a hot machine.
- Never tumble dry it. Dry it flat and in the shade — the sun is what takes the colour, not the wash.
- Rinse salt and chlorine out the same day. Left in, they do exactly the fading the care label warns about.
- No bleach and no softener. Softener is what flattens the weave on the linen, and it does not come back.
