Atlantica · Orders

Who approves an order before it’s sent

v3 · confirmed 11 May 2026 · 4 lines · for Field reps, Order desk

internal only

The page, as it was written

  1. Anything under twenty thousand, the order desk approves.
  2. Over twenty thousand, or any first order from a new account, comes to Maria.
  3. A changed size split after approval is a new approval, not an edit.
  4. Nothing is sent to the buyer before it is approved. Nothing.

Maria’s own words, in Maria’s own order. Training quotes the page; it never rewrites it.

The check is one worked example in this walk-through

Every lesson takes the page away and asks you to answer it from memory. These are flat pages with nothing to answer into, so one check is walkable here rather than one picture of a check on every page — take it on “Checking in at an account”.
