No records to invite from

The public-facing kind: the honest different answer, and the fact that it is a different way in

There is nobody to invite, and that is not a gap in this drawing

A portal for members of the public has no records behind it. Everyone else in this walk is invited to an address something already holds — a customer account, a supplier record, a person on your team. A member of the public arrives with nothing.

So it is not a sixth fill

Every other kind: the firm picks a record, and an invitation goes to the address that record already holds.

This kind: the person arrives first and makes the record by registering what they bought.

That is a second way in, and it is an unauthenticated one — a different front door, not a different setting.

What to notice in this drawing
This is the finding, written down where it happensOne shape divergence, and the walk says so out loud

The claim under this whole programme is that a new kind of portal costs words and not a build. That claim survives four of the five kinds intact. It does not survive this one — and a walk that could only succeed would have proved nothing at all. Security is a mandatory reviewer on anything that opens this door.
