One queue, grouped by the door they came through

Everything anyone sends from any portal lands here, carrying which door it came through. One place to look, and the grouping does the sorting nobody wants to do by hand.

Invented: Atlantica, Marisol’s Beachwear and Hacienda Textiles are made up, and so is everyone in them.

Its onboarding was never written, so nobody has been let in and nothing can arrive. The group is shown rather than hidden, because an empty group is a fact and a missing group is a mystery. Finish it.

Why grouped and not just tagged

A supplier confirming a shipment and a stockist filing a claim are different work for different people — stockists go to Maria Reyes, who keeps those accounts; supplier messages go to the buying desk. Who answers is one of the settings chosen when the portal was created. One queue keeps it findable; the grouping keeps it answerable.
