Nothing outside. Every job on the board is a question somebody asked, or a page waiting to be released.
What it keeps about you
Nothing of its own. It reads the same records Ask keeps, and closed jobs drop off the board after a week.
Who can see it
Only the business the records belong to can see them, and the database is what stops anyone else — not a check somebody could forget.
Can anything outside reach it
Yes. Your own assistant can read the same records the board is drawn from, and count them the same way.
What is not built
Reading the job system you already run, so its jobs show up on this board beside Bisbe's own.
